Awesome Breakfast Barley Recipe

Serves: 1 bowl

What you'll need:
4 tablespoons (30g) of Anlene Powder with MoveMax
200ml cold water
Barley, dried apricots, hazelnuts, honey - the quantity is up to you!

Directions:

  • First, mix the milk:
  • Add the milk powder and honey to cold water in a shaker
  • Shake, shake, shake it for about 20 seconds
  • Next, add all those topping and grains:
  • Mix in the barley, dried apricots and hazelnuts
