Awesome Breakfast Barley Recipe

Serves: 1 bowl
What you'll need:
4 tablespoons (30g) of Anlene Powder with MoveMax
200ml cold water
Barley, dried apricots, hazelnuts, honey - the quantity is up to you!
Directions:
- First, mix the milk:
- Add the milk powder and honey to cold water in a shaker
- Shake, shake, shake it for about 20 seconds
- Next, add all those topping and grains:
- Mix in the barley, dried apricots and hazelnuts
- It's crunch time!
