Polvoron (makes 20 - 30 small pieces) 

Cake Flour – 1 ½ cup 

Anlene Plain / Anlene Coffee / Anlene Chocolate– 1 cup

Unsalted Melted Butter – 1 cup 

White Sugar – ¼ cup

1. Place flour on a pan over medium heat. Toast, stir continuously until color turns into light brown. Avoid burning.

2. ​Transfer into a bowl and allow to completely cool.

3. Once cooled, add in Anlene Plain powder, sugar and melted butter.

4. Stir until well combined. 

5. Using a polvoron mould, shape into solid form. Make sure to compact it well.

6. Wrap individually and serve.
